This community centre is focused on the well beings of the community resident of USJ 14, this structure typology is a middle point, centre with multiple access of entrance in every angle and an amphitheathre in the middle of the structure as a relaxing area beside a pond for the people that was walking or jogging around the park. It also a learning centre for people who wanted to learn natural remedy for health benefits and brewing tea for the benefit of it, with this activities a graden is implemented in the centre. There is also a market place for people to buy and sell and even donate their stuff if they do not need it anymore, since its a wellness centre, it also have a clinic for the residence and a cafe for them to meet up.
