REIMAGINING PUBLIC SPACE
The task for this assignment is to do two A2 Canva boards in a landscape style with five groupmates and needed to choose two places, one public space in any country and another one on our campus. The first board is to do a case study of 'before and after covid life' of the public space while the second board is to intervention the public space as to construct ideas to improve, upgrade, enhance and maybe revamp the place to situate the covid life

This project has got to be the most relaxed one I've ever done and the most little complain

To start, after getting the brief we all decided to focus on another assignment first as it was time-consuming but after everyone got themself together we started discussing the research and the choices of place

We choose the Perth Culture Centre for our case study of public space and also Taylor's University Unisquare as it is a public space where people can chill there, it will be a good place for our intervention and ideas as it has the widest space out of most places on the campus

I divided the task for each one of us during our call in the discord only one groupmate was unavailable at that time and discuss a lot about what we should do for only task A

After the tutorial, Miss Renee also wanted Task B and that was our bad for not doing it sooner, we started discussing with each other about what kind of idea that we can come up with for the Unisquare that will be creative and fun but also safe from covid 19

Each one of us got the responsibility for both tasks A & B and do it one by one like a draft while still doing another heavy assignment

Thanks to Miss Renee we got an extension it was quite delightful doing all assignments with a breeze as we got more time doing it and finishing it properly without a hassle
Outcome
The outcome of this project is satisfying as it looks neat and proper with detailed information that we could get on for each place and this assignment was a breeze as all group member does their work, I could say this is the most chilled assignment I've done so far and the outcome is quite good. On the first board, we choose Perth Cultural Centre in Australia as our public space case study while for the second board we've chosen the uni square on Taylor's campus to do the intervention as it is a massive open space
